Overall good experience. The employees were very nice, friendly, efficient. Breakfast was lackluster, but fine. There were egg bites you could heat up in the microwave, yogurt, waffle makers, toast and bagels with spreads. My sister and I thought the coffee didn’t taste very good and was pretty weak. My niece liked it though. Our biggest concern was the tub was slippery for our first showers, but seemed to settle down after that. We elected to forgo daily maid service and we think maybe cleaner wasn’t rinsed properly or something. The second day it seemed normal. We did not say anything to the staff, but probably should have. The pool is a nice break after busy days- small, indoor and worked for our needs.

Secondly, both ice machines were broken and the coffee and breakfast foods were not good. We’ve stayed there twice now., but no more.

The hotel was fine. Nothing special but clean and comfortable enough. However, every time we took a shower and opened the bathroom door the fire alarm went off from the steam. We called the desk the first time and they sent up maintenance. He messed with it and then after he left it kept beeping. We ended up climbing up and taking it apart and he had put the batteries in backwards. Then it went off again from the steam from the next shower. Also, there was a large dog in a room down the hall barking loudly. I would probably pick a different hotel if I needed to stay in the area again.

While the hotel was clean and comfortable, I was woken up at 130 in the morning by someone having a party and slamming doors/ being loud in the hallway for at least an hour. Maybe not the best place to stay being so close to the casino.
