La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Airport

I have never written a complain about any hotel stays ever. And we had stayed there before but for the first time i think none of us had a nice stay. The sofa bed was super old and you can feel every single spring. And on the king size bed it was also an old bed. You can fell the whole from where everyone has been in that bed for years. Now i get I’m sleeping in a hotel where a lot of people stay. I know. But never the less there is a time where things need to be replace. And i also get its not a five star hotel, but it does need some work done in those places. Other than that everything was great

It was an ok stay. I’m not sure if I would stay there again. The breakfast and coffee was really good.

Awesome staff

Staff was ok but our room floor was wet throughout our stay and never dried even after placing towels on the floor because it’s slick. Room at 6th floor.

Super friendly staff. Helped get us back and forth to airport smoothly. Best breakfast set up I have ever seen!

Excellent hotel

The hotel is excellent in all aspects

Hard floors, non carpet. Pool was kind of dirty, children playing at the hot tub.

The hotel is in need of an update. The smell when I walked into the lobby is an old smell.the panel withthe buttons in the elevator was loose, someone had scratched names on the inside of the elevator door, the hallway was hot, the window in my room had lip/face marks all over it, my room smelled like mildew. I felt like I smelled like the room when I left the next day.

We loved the staff. They were very friendly and helpful

The commode was not cleaned for months. It had so much mold.

Good for an overnight quick stay to get sleep then drive to the coast
