Highly recommend.

Really liked the decor of the property and room. Comfortable bed. Good location, especially if you are doing anything at Moscone Center. Valet parking is rough and slow. Only one elevator operational. Shower head AWFUL. No options for early morning coffee. Some desk staff seem unconcerned with customer service (cleaning staff excellent)

Location. Staff.

Easy check-in and a breakfast credit were very nice. Their coffee and gourmet breakfast items were delicious. We walked to the Orpheum theater to see Phantom of the Opera. SF has really cleaned up and is mindful of making people feel safer on the street. There were police cars every other block to light the way on the sidewalk. The hotel is perfectly located for all that we wanted to do. Beds and pillows were just ok. The mattress would squeak when you moved. Room 507

Hotel was conveniently located near a BART station. Fun interior and the game floor has a photo booth. Only complaint about the room was the two windows looked into the opposite hotel room across the way. Could not have the blinds open so no natural light.

The location was excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-designed. The staff was super friendly; I really appreciated getting a free tea when I returned quite late from Alcatraz and was feeling a bit cold. Breakfast was provided as a voucher for the buffet with a $22 limit, which was enough for a coffee and a bacon-and-egg bun. The window blind in the room was broken, though there were curtains, so it didn't bother me much.

Took a solo trip to San Francisco and needed a location close to the BART on Powell/Market. This hotel is around the corner when you come up from the subway. Hotel Zetta has easy access to the cable cars and other Muni transit system (Electric card and buses) within steps. This is my first stay at Hotel Zetta and will definitely try to make it my based whenever I'm in SF. Staff keep it very clean. It's relatively close (walkable) to the Ferry Building and MOMA. There is access to a restaurant/speakeasy from the hotel that I didn't get to try on this trip. Even though I didn't make it to the restaurant, i ordered a burger and garlic fries for room service that was pretty good. There is also a nice bar and lounge area in the lobby if you want a night cap at the end of your day.

I've stayed here before, and loved everything about it. There was free breakfast, a bar, and valet parking. This recent stay, however, I noticed a few things have changed. And unfortunately... Free breakfast is gone, now replaced by a "grab and go" option that doubles as a mini breakfast cart from which you can order coffees and various breakfast pastry items. The bar is also gone, which was a great way for guests to have some socialization in the lobby. In previous stays, I felt like I never had to leave the hotel for these options. Now I'm more likely to choose other accommodations.

There was a strong smell in my room and the paint in the bathroom was coming off I think because there was no vent for the moisture.

All the staff we came in contact with said hello or more. The front desk personal were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. We got there early and the woman at the front let us in early, upgraded our room to a suite, and wine and two glasses for us waiting for our anniversary. We loved that the buses were right there and optional parking was within a block. I loved the property and I knew the location was going to be a little rough with homeless, but it was really mostly just LATE at night. The only option for this specific property was valet which is $65 per day (not per night). This is understandable for the area, but it was something that had us park at a different parking garage.

Great location, near parking restaurants shopping including target. Breakfast was good but on the expensive side

great location. great beds and bathroom. staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place was very beautiful and we felt very secure with the lobby door only opening with your access key card or the receptionist opening it for you. Their valet was also very helpful, you just have to leave it parked in front of the hotel without blocking the bike lane and let the receptionist know you want valet parking. They are so helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Got here from east coast on the red eye and checked in super fast. Room was huge with great bedding. Staff is super friendly and hotel is in a great location. Reminds me of a smaller scale artsy hotel. There’s coffee in the lobby in the morning that turns into a bar at night.
