Had everything we needed. Comfortable and near so many things to do.

Big and clean rooms, the bar was great and the staff was friendly and welcoming.
-
Wonderful underrated place, beautiful beaches, great location.

Great stay. Very attentive and friendly staff. Will stay again.

The room was not what was on the pictures. AC was loud, dirty, the tub felt like you were going to fall through, entry door didn’t shut all the way and had smell. Very disappointing! I was there by myself and terrified someone was going to break in. I did not feel safe sleeping and left the light on. I would really like some money back. Very very run down old motel. I do not recommend and very very disappointed!!!!

Beautiful beach, easy walk to beach, clean and spacious, comfortable beds, gorgeous views. Parking is limited. Close to everything, good restaurants. Food at resort is good but service is poor.

Bar was closed, no drinks food or music at the pool. Pool had algae, kids water pad had algae, couch in room stained, room furniture looked seriously used, refrigerator with dings all over the door, no airport shuffle as advertised, food was very expensive and sub par, keys would not wk, had to get new keys daily/nightly, would not recommend staying in this hotel. Expedia did not accept any accountability regarding “no airport shuttle” or simply vetting the facility. I was on the phone with them for 4 hours on day one. Never got back to me as stated in the conversation.

I showed up and was given a standard room when I purchased a suite. Went down once we found a working elevator and was told our room was overbooked. Put into another room for the night which consisted of a jackhammer for 24 hours until we moved again and then jack hammers for about 12 hours out of the day. Was promised a comped night stay, no resort fees or parking. I have not received anything, they couldn’t even give me a guarantee it would happen when I checked out. I will never stay there again. I watched about 50 others during the 4 days I was there complaining about the construction and many other things.

It was nice

Of room we booked months ago was not available due to renovations. The staff was helpful in trying to make up for it, but when your children have had their hearts set on an ocean view for months, nothing short of actually getting the ocean view makes up for it. We do understand the the front desk staff who checked us in did not create the problem and they tried their best to be accommodating.

Nice stay by the beach

Paid $125 for a poolside cabana which included a fruit tray and 6 waters. After several requests for our food tray we finally had to ask the manager to check on it at 4:40 pm. Finally got it which was pretty late since dinner was right around the corner. No one wanted to fill up on fruit when the local seafood restaurants serve awesome food.

Beautiful place nice and clean the room is nice and the stuff is very nice and helpful I will recommend 👌

Unfortunately, when we were there, only one of the three restaurants was open. We had an issue whereby our room was not ready on time which delayed our start of enjoying our vacation. The front desk was very apologetic and supportive while we were waiting. The servers at Rum Runners were all excellent, as was the food.

They had guest washers and dryers at no extra cost and they gave you a card to get unlimited beach towels.
-
Our room view was really nice. We could see the pool and the beach. The beds were very comfortable and the room was super clean
-
Very very noisy. Lots of construction going on. Rooms were small and not updated. Not enough parking. Extremely expensive for what it was
-
I love everything about this place. The bed was super comfy the view was beautiful

We arrived at the property around 5pm. We were so excited just to sit on the balcony and enjoy our beach view. As soon as we went out we heard construction, hammers electric saws, loud talking, etc. All directly below our balcony. It was so loud at times we had to literally yell to hear each other. After an hour of that I called the front desk to complain. It’s 6pm! How long will they be working. She said it would be another hour. No apologies, offers to switch our room, give us a later check out, nothing. Note to all- ask about construction work going on before booking.
