It was a great location! Close to walk to great restaurants, and just steps to the beach. Nice atmosphere! We don't have any complaints!

Great location. Food was good. Excellent view Room was bad, very outdated. Bathroom door wouldn’t close. Only 1 lamp and 1 overhead light. A/C unit vent was off the 1st night blowing directly on the bed. No sleep. Soap dispenser was terrible.

Staff was courtesy, happy, and helpful!

Quality vs price

That it is close to the beach and restaurants. Early check-in was an issue even though that was the main reason I booked the hotel. No chairs by the pool because it was all rented out and that is hilarious since they rented to non-guests. I would figure guests would take priority.

They had a lot of room shut down for renovations and wasn’t to happy with the location of my room

Our stay was cut short by hurricane Helene. The front desk found us reservations quickly. And got us a ride to hotel. We would come back..on our next Anniversary trip. Two nights was not enough. We wanted a beach Anniversary and were sent to the city. Which we didn't like at all. Sure it was safe just not what we wanted. Not your fault at all! I would recommend this hotel for anyone who wants the beach..and beautiful pool. Thanks again

When I arrived to check in in it was closed No email or any attempt to let me know before I arrived to check in that the hotel was actually closed.. I have left two messages for them to refund the money that I had payed in advance but so far (one week later) no reply…..

I liked how close it was to the beach. I liked the pool. I liked the chess and checkers tables. I also liked the Stamps restaurant and the guy making omelettes. The mattress needed flipped or replaced. It had an indent on the side I was sleeping on. The bathroom door didn’t shut. There weren’t any decorations in my room.

Rooms were being renovated of which we didn't know about they should have offered a discount. Had to evacuate 2 nights early due to hurricane Helene 9/25 and waiting on our 2 night refund.

The STAFF!! I give a 10/10 to all the staff we encountered!! They made our stay better since the rooms were not good. Our room was dirty. The shower & sink did not drain properly. We took a shower/bath every night. We got 2 queen beds. One of them was ungodly soft. We only had breakfast there once. I’m sure the scrambled eggs I ordered were not real eggs. I would not write this place off…. They are remolding & I would give it another chance. Also…the location is great! The dirty room. That the shower & sink didn’t drain properly. The breakfast.

Convenient location in a safe area. Our room was fine, though I supposed it’s on schedule to be renovated when the get done with the rooms on the other half of the hotel. It’s was clean and comfortable. The grounds are very nice! The $45 resort fee. We used their beach towels and that’s it. The pool should be part of the deal anyway, as should Wi-Fi. The beach chairs can’t be moved, so it’s a good thing we brought our own. We also brought our own awning which had to be set up beyond the boundaries of the property, which is fine. If you wanted an umbrella over your “free” loungers, it was $20. Why not give guests the OPTION to buy the beach towel/lounger/umbrella package for the $45 resort fee? Basically, we paid $45 a day for 2 beach towels.

Rooms need updating, old Florida hotel, they cater to the young especially on Saturdays it is like a revolving door. More entertainment needed for all age groups, with limited dining options in a walking distance hotel should have a bigger option on dining menus and several options for dining. Hotel is cute, but does need updating hopefully they update all rooms, lobby had a musky smell to it. It you are no technically savvy cautioning staying here. Pool cabanas way to expense and beach umbrellas should be part of the stay not at an extra charge.

The location of this inn is unbeatable, and the room was on the 2nd floor like I had asked for. I liked the water proof rubber band bracelets they give you, and that the rooms are not key lock, they are badge scanned access. I loved the proximity to the beach. I was disappointed that the property was under construction. This was not communicated at all when I booked the room, and I only knew once I had arrived. The hotel advertises complimentary breakfast and a 24 hr gym. The gym was closed due to construction and the breakfast is no longer offered I believe because of new management. The thing I disliked most about this location was the front desk being unhelpful and rude whenever I asked for anything. The first time I asked about the complimentary breakfast because I was confused why it was advertised on the link in the text they sent me during check in. So I asked to clarify. The second (and last) thing I asked for more ink for the printer in the office center. The gentleman at the front desk (James) was in the back office and ignored me until I called hello again. He was either stressed or upset, but I have never been treated that rudely by someone at a place I'm paying them to stay at. After this treatment happened 2-3 at the front desk, I stopped asking questions or for any help. The two gentlemen the next morning seemed to be in a much better mood, again I won't blame someone if they were going through it. But I would recommend staying somewhere else and just paying the $40 more for being treated like a paying customer rather than getting barked at. The location of this inn is great, so I will say the beach was very beautiful.
