Overall a great experience. However, 2 of the coffee cups and one spoon in the room had been previously used and not thoroughly cleaned. There was lipstick on one coffee cup and coffee residue in the other. The spoon looked as if someone had licked it off and put it back in the drawer. Other than that the beds were amazing! We slept like rocks that night. The breakfast was great the next day though more fresh fruit options would be nice.

It was a beautiful place to stay! The trash left by the bed and also stinking food left in the fridge and elevator was broken :/

Loved the outside area. Breakfast was a let down elevators were down clean facilities. Comfortable beds. Shampoo was amazing.

Nice rooms with a comfortable layout. While place was really clean. Best of all was the staff. Super nice! The location was decent, but I’d hoped it was closer to downtown Franklin. But that’s not their fault!

Excellent hotel. Staff are so helpful and kind. The room was very clean. Stay was very comfortable.

Breakfast was the typical American hotel breakfast. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Interesting location with lots of good restaurants nearby. Website said no dogs allowed, but when we arrived, they had a sign that said dogs accepted. We usually try to find a hotel where no pets are allowed.

Enjoyed my stay at the site. Only issue was elevator broke down at the start of a three day holiday weekend. Bad timing, but not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes these things happen. Staff did their best to minimize the imposition. I will definitely recommend this place to others..
