Very good

Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption.

The kitchen in the room was handy. The bed was big and comfy. The room was quite spacious. The hot plate in my room didn’t work, though I didn’t tell them, as I could heat my food in the provided microwave. It was odd not to have a smart TV, especially given its size.

Large clean room, well furnished. Comfortable beds, linens, and pillows. Large screen TV's. Very good shower. Excellent stock of cookware and utensils for the kitchen. Multiple high-speed elevators. Great location with many high-end restaurants nearby. The staff were courteous and helpful. Our only complaint: the luggage carts were in poor condition. They only had 4 carts, should be 8 for that size facility, and one of the two large carts had a broken wheel and would not roll when loaded. The cart issue created a great deal of lost time and frustration for us moving in and out.

Exceptional

This was one of the best stays we’ve had in years. Our room was very nice and the breakfast buffet had a nice variety of items before we hit the road again. We are going to make this our hotel when we travel back and forth to Florida.

Your Front desk Representative was terrrible on Friday morning. Lack of customer service training as per her answer to no hot water in room 407.

Couldn’t have been better!

We were only passing through on our way back to Oklahoma from East Tennessee, but decided to stay here after my husband had previously on a business trip. He is super picky about hotels so it's always a good sign when he is happy with something. Despite a short stay it was exactly what we needed. Number one bringing back goodies from our vacation I was so grateful for the full size refrigerator so that we had plenty of room for the things we needed to keep cold. Second off can't say enough about the feeling of safety and not having to worry in the area. There is no fun in the idea of having to completely unpack the car and then load it back up the next morning when you're traveling. Loved the size of the room and seeing the outdoor amenities makes me want to stay there again in the warmer months. That we slept through it he spoke very highly of the breakfast from his previous visit

Great hotel. Sizeable room with space to move around for a family of 4. Fantastic breakfast.

Room was very nice and spacious. Everything was very clean and the halls always had a nice clean smell. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely be back!
