Loved the friendly, helpful staff! Our room was small but still comfortable and clean. The only issue is that you really do need more breakdmfast space. 😉

The front desk staff member was rude. Wouldn't even come out of the back room. When I asked him if there was other place I could sit he replied "you can sit in the cafeteria - I didn't say anything, then he said "did you hear me? you're welcome" When I realized I had 2 pieces for bag check he rolled his eyes. The place is a total dump. Very dirty. trash and wrappers everywhere. my room had dirty carpet. filthy walls with fingerprints. dirty drapes. Bathroom vanity was warped and waterlogged. Shower handle nearly broken off. The ice machine in the hall was beeping so I just unplugged it. Worst hotel experience for me and I travel often. I only stayed here because of location. Do not stay here. It's a total dump.

I like because he was easy for me and family to good everywhere because everything was close. I didn't like because I call the front desk to request the thing they never send the housekeeping until I left the hotel. And I didn't have my room clean or réservé new stuff in my room.

Close to area attractions and bus/subway. Our room was next to the elevator. A little noisy. We could have moved rooms but chose not to.

Location Service, facility, cleanliness room all bad condition. They assigned one queen bed room for 4 although the reservation was for 2 queen bed. Had to que for elevator since only one worked most time. Flies and filthy lobby.
