Large room, Airconditioner efficient , shops near by . Room was dowdy , microwave kept locking ! On 3rd floor .

Good location- great for broadway & Times Square Kitchenette was really handy A/C was perfect Quiet room & surprisingly comfortable bed Stairs- 2nd floor carpeted stairs after walking all day

Proximity Lots of noise from the street Window pane smashed

The hotel was well located. Mishel is a very nice owner and pay attention to the comfort. Bed is confortable. Kitchen is fonctionnal. We were at the 1st floor, close to the main entry and so we can here all the people using the front door, so a bit noisy… A room upstairs will have be great but it was fully booked

Enjoyed my stay. Clean room, all fine. My 'even better if' is asking the hotel to see if the very loud buzzer that goes every time anyone enters the building could be quieter. It woke me numerous times early morning and late at night.

The day of the check in there was a dirty towel under the sink

Having a kitchenette was very convenient. Had code to access hotel and room after check-in hours.

Great location, the room was very clean and spacious. Mishel was great, very attentive and helpful. We will be back for sure!

Quiet, clean, close to all the things, and reasonably priced! We would stay here again!

A bit stuffy/warm.

This is a great place to stay. It’s a short walk (10-15 minutes) to the pier, Times Square. A bit further to Central Park. Lots of deli’s, food shops and cafes within walking distance.

very nice location, miguel was exceptionally kind and had a very cute dog from time to time, kitchen came fully stocked with equipment but it was rather small, not an issue tho! the front door buzz opening noise is So loud, and because people come in at different times you will hear it periodically.. a family was also screaming at the top of their lungs, at 8am.. that wasn’t great. but that’s not a fault of the property. the shower is inverted so we spent a bit just showering in freezing cold water to only find out a day before departure it was inverted
