O'Hare Inn & Suites

Rooms was nice and clean they was during construction on the outside fixing up the building but it wasn't a issue and it's close to a lot of nice restaurants

Clean room. Enjoyed the microwave.

They do not offer transportation to the airport because the hotel is being remodeling but, nobody told me when they stopped it. I had to call an Uber and self payment. People at the front desk are not very nice or helpful.

Was traveling by myself and just needed somewhere to sleep, pretty good location, free parking is just priceless.

Great selection of rooms, very spacious, good customer service convenient location with lots to offer.

Everything about the property was unkempt. Smells like a ton of smoke.

Location was good. Closet door was off its track. Two persons staying in room but only one office chair. I asked about the ice machine location and was given directions to the washing machines. Key card had to be reactivated twice. Breakfast choices: two different types of cereal, granola bars, coffee wasn't labeled (no decaf)??

Just a short taxi ride away from the airport, it did everything i needed it to while on a budget. Wasn’t the most up-to-date on decor or cleaning, but for a last minus booking after a missed flight, it was a life saver

The hotel cancel the day before my actual trip which was very confusing and very much an inconvenience for me.So my rate tint is very poor one out of ten. N/A

I booked here through Expedia, they sent me a cancelation email from the property, and therefore I booked through a different hotel. The hotel still charged me, and refused to assist me even after providing proof that an email was provided of the cancelation. This is terrible customer service, I even called the property directly and they hung up on me. Needless to say, I will never be booking here again, for the lack of assistance.

It was convenient There was bugs, and the rooms weren’t clean even when I was told that the room was being cleaned before I got there
